The League rules in the handbook clearly state that trophies should be returned at the third meeting. Despite more than one reminder, the response was poor. As this year many trophies need renovation, it is essential that ALL SHIELDS ARE RETURNED BY THE JANUARY MEETING. Failure to do this will mean that we will be unable to present them to the new holders at the final meeting.
Two reminders for athletes: firstly, numbers must be worn as issued, not folded or cut, even by our smallest athletes; secondly, the numbers you received for this meeting need to be brought with you to all the other races. If you forget/lose/damage your number, you must get an official replacement, but you will have to pay 50p for it (or £1 if you do it again!).
A reminder that new affiliations for the January meeting must be received by 9 am the previous Wednesday morning, 14th January 2009. Telephone entries will not be accepted.
